U2-202D 2-Phase Stepper Driver

      U2-202D is used to drive 2-phase hybrid stepper motor 42 type or 57 type. Its maximum out current is 2.2A (peak). It needs DC12-24V power supply. Input signal frequency can reach over 200KHz. It has 255 different steps with minimum steps 200 and maximum steps 51000. 14 steps are directly selected by DIP switches and others are set by DIP switches.

U2-202D   is an all~digital 2 phase stepper driver. It adopts the advanced control calculation, no matter how many steps to set, motor current is the accurate sine. The advantages are excellent performance, super stability, low-speed mute and extremely low heat.

Set Operation


Inputsignal

3signals: CP, DIR, EN, signal value 5~24V, single pulse: CP is pulse signal, onepulse is one step, DIR is direction level signal, the signal must be steadybefore sending CP, dual pulse: CP is positive pulse signal CW, DIR is negativedirection pulse signal CCW, EN is enable signal, when not connect EN, ordifferential level is 0, then driver is enable status, and driver works well,when EN differential level is 1, then driver is non-enable status, and thedriver stopes working, non-enable can set as offline or lock mode, factory setis offline mode.


Lock current percentage

When the motor does notwork, lock current reduces for less consumption and heat. Different lockpercent is available, 0%(offline)-10%-20%-30%-40%-50%-60%-70%-80%-90%-100%(fullcurrent), default 50%


Lock time

It takes time that pulsesignal stops lock current and make it work, time 0.1s-2.0s, default 1.0s
